Our principal instructor, Sophia Pitt-Browne is a certified yoga instructor (200hr YTT), certified Pilates instructor, NASM certified personal trainer and a Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist.

All classes are focused on improving strength, mobility, and adaptability so we can move better and feel better. Most of our classes cater to beginners and people with mobility challenges, offering modifications or variations based on your ability to reduce pain in movement while building strength. All of our classes include a stretch/flexibility component so you never miss out on finding a balance of strength and flexibility.
I will be teaching at the Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio.
A dynamic, medium-to-fast paced Vinyasa that masterfully links movement to breath. Expect to build serious strength, stamina, and flexibility while flowing with intention!
