Our principal instructor, Sophia Pitt-Browne is a certified yoga instructor (200hr YTT), NASM certified personal trainer and a Girls Gone Strong (GGS) Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist.

All classes are focused on improving strength, mobility, and adaptability so we can move better and feel better.
Most of our classes cater to beginners and people with mobility challenges, we offer modifications or variations based on your ability to reduce pain in movement while building strength. All of our classes include a stretch/flexibility component so you never miss out on finding a balance of strength and flexibility.
All of our Yoga classes are LYT inspired, based on the LYT™ Yoga Method, using targeted movement sequences to help everyone from novices to weekend warriors to professional athletes retrain habitual movement patterns and postural imbalances to feel stronger, more energized, and more balanced both on and off the mat.
Classes at the Worthing Court Hotel are $20 BDS per class for drop ins. Classes at Sunshine Kula are $30 BDS per class for drop ins with a special student rate of $20 BDS, please visit the Sunshine Kula Yoga Studio website for more information on studio prices and packages. For all classes, you will only need a mat, water and a towel. Blocks and other props are optional but great to have. For in person classes, all Covid-19 protocols will be in effect and classes will be limited in size. Temperature checks and hand sanitisers will be available. Masks must be worn until you are on your mat and mats will be organised to allow for social distancing.
