Terms and Conditions

We ask that all first time clients, contact us at contact@neemawellness.com so that we are aware of how we can cater the classes more to your unique needs. All information gathered is strictly confidential.

All online and outdoor classes must be booked at least one hour beforehand unless stated otherwise. We also ask that classes be cancelled at least an hour before the intended class. We will inform clients of any cancelled classes at least one hour before the intended start of class.

For each class, please have a mat, towel and water. Additionally, we recommend the use of blocks and straps.

For online classes, clients are required to log into classes at least 10 minutes before the start of the class, especially if new to the class. We recommend that you turn your video on for the full length of class so you can be given assistance and cues unique to your needs, however, this is still optional. We also recommend that you turn your microphone off during each session. You can turn it on when you need assistance. It is also a great idea to have your own music playing during the sessions, especially a music playlist that starts off with a slow to medium tempo during the warm-up phase and then builds up to gets your energy up, then slowing down again for the cool down / Savasana (for Yoga).

For in-person classes, all Covid-19 protocols will be enforced and classes will be limited in size. Temperature checks and hand sanitisers will be available for in studio and hotel classes. Masks must be worn until you are on your mat and mats will be organised to allow for social distancing. Clients are required to show up at least 10 minutes before the start of the class, especially if new to the class to cover these protocols as well as to get assisted with setting up.

Release Waiver and Assumption of Risk

IMPORTANT! Please read this carefully as this is a legal waiver.

I acknowledge that I am attending and participating in classes taught by Neema Wellness [Sophia Pitt-Browne]. In consideration of my being allowed to participate in the above activity or event, receive Yoga or fitness session[s] and to use related equipment, I agree to the following waiver and release.

You acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older.

You understand that the session[s] may be physically strenuous and you are voluntarily participating with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury.

You understand that the session[s] that you are about to engage in is intended for people who are in good health. You certify that you are physically fit and have not been advised to not participate in the Activity, or activities requiring a similar level of physical fitness. You certify that there are no health-related reasons or problems which preclude your participation in the Activity.

By voluntarily attending these classes, you fully assume all such risks, dangers, hazards that could result from the aforementioned classes/activities.
